The Quality Document Specialist plays a crucial role in technical document management and general project support for the engineering department. This position will be responsible for unifying the look, format, and storage of Integra Mission Critical engineering documentation. Responsibilities

Review/control project documentation according to customer specs and internal requirements, interfacing with customer document management systems if necessary.
Create and modify technical forms in support of project engineering department.
Create, modify, and mark-up .pdf files.

The Logistics Coordinator is part of Supply Chain Management and reports directly to the Purchasing Manager. This position will involve coordination of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and related material handling and truck loading/unloading. Primary Responsibilities
Prepares product for shipping, completes shipping paperwork and ships product both domestically and This includes packaging and palletizing the product/equipment.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and individual must be able to communicate via email and phone with customers/logistic suppliers and perform simple calculations to determine how to be palletized and create packing
Ensures that product is handled in accordance with customer specifications, internal processes, hazardous material requirements, and those of domestic and international
Receives incoming shipments and signs paperwork upon Delivers shipments to departments within the company.
Inspects contents to ensure they are undamaged and match the packing
Verifies packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price ) and puts away items by lifting as necessary or by using a forklift or pallet jack for larger items.
Completes information on damage claims for in-transit
Organizes, cleans, and catalogues items within the warehouse, maintains accurate records and assists with inventory control.
Monitors inventory levels and initiates re-orders as
Schedules large shipments and plans logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the
Will be responsible for coordination of shipments at all Integra locations, including manufacturing sites as well as job sites.
Keeps files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and works to resolve any
Qualifications
Minimum 5-year Logistics experience
Experience working with domestic and international shippers with knowledge of their systems and processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
Basic math and recording
Forklift experience
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities
Manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail
Ability to lift up to 50

Description
The Mechanical Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the workflow of their team(s) by assigning tasks, work orders, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to the Production Manager. They contribute to the efficiency of their department by reviewing and improving processes and setting targets for their teams.
Provides Team Leads with information, materials, and training, enabling them to produce the highest quality product possible, monitoring records for attendance, payroll, production, safety, and ISO (quality). Encourages the development of ideas from other supervisors, team leads, and employees.
Responsibilities
• Devise work schedules and implement deadlines.
• Planning workloads, work orders, allocating tasks, and monitoring progress against targets.
• Ensure timeliness, safety, and quality of material movement.
• Responsible for safe work practices, maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring work crews follow safe practices and HSE programs, including Lock-out Tag-out.
• In conjunction with the EHS Manager, trains employees on changes in safety regulations, work policies, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Address production quality issues to ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Ensure employee labor hours are recorded to the proper projects and ensure necessary coverage to complete work on time.
• Address employee performance issues in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies, consulting with Human Resources as appropriate.
• Provide input on performance reviews and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Facilitate the training and onboarding of new employees.
• Monitor/Approve timecards for all members of their team.
• Develop skills and abilities of team members.
• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its core values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
• Build positive rapport with employees at all levels of the organization
• Completes tasks as directed by the Production Manager with minimal supervision.

Requirements
• Previous leadership experience is a must.

• Ability to create and understand reports to make production decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization and time management skills.

• Commitment to the concept of continual improvement, effective quality management systems and safe work practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specification instructions which may require use of 3D models.
• Understanding the production and work order process.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Physical fitness and strength to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly.
• Regularly required to stand, bend, crouch and reach.
• Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed.
• Travel required (up to 20%)
Work Environment
Includes a production environment with exposure to loud noise, moving machinery and other hazards. May involve frequent standing, sitting, walking, crawling, climbing, crouching, balancing, kneeling, reaching and using hands and fingers to handle, use or feel various sized objects. Frequent lifting and moving objects between 10 - 50 pounds. Safety protocols must be followed at all times.
